Smothie time

After a foggy, gray winter, spring is coooming!

Today - the sun is shining, there're no clouds and of course I am full of energy, hurray! So I woke up, went to workout, then made a delicious breakfast that I want to share with you.

What you'll need (for 2 glasses):

  • 100ml beetroot juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 80g raspberries
  • 40g spelt flakes
  • orange juice
  • water (it depends on how thick you want your smoothie to be, I added 100ml for thicker consistancy)

Just mix it all together in a blender and enjoy!
