Mango smoothie



I think smoothies are one of the best kind of breakfast, they are healthy and so easy to make. During the week I really don't have time in the morning, that's why I usually make my smoothie the night before, but at weekends I like to take my time, read a magazine and have a nice glass of smoothie. I have few different recipes, but currently this is my favourite one. 


You'll need:
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 40 g of oats
  • 100 ml of oat milk
  • 100ml of water (or coconut water, even better!)
  • 1 big spoon of hemp protein powder
Mix all ingredients with hand blender and enjoy.
